Every home is different, which is why home cleaning is on quote only. Tell us the size, number of rooms, overall condition and what you expect; we tell you what we can do and at what price.

What can be included

Upholstery and textile cleaning (sofas, armchairs, fabric chairs, rugs, carpets) — our speciality — together with the agreed cleaning of the rooms. The exact list is defined together before the visit.

How to get a quote

Send a few photos of the rooms and textiles on WhatsApp, with the approximate size and your town. We get back to you quickly.

Before handing back the keys

The check-out inspection of a rental can be stressful. A sofa supplied with the furnished flat, a stained carpet or a dull rug can lead to deductions from your deposit. By having these textiles cleaned a few days before the visit, you maximise your chances of getting your full deposit back. Tell us the inspection date and we will plan the work so that everything is perfectly dry on the day.

For landlords and short-let managers

Between two tenants or two guests, a furnished property needs to be refreshed quickly. We can work while you are away if access is arranged (keys, caretaker, key box), and send you photos once the job is done. For agencies managing several properties, regular visits can be arranged on quote.

A precise quote, no surprises

Each home cleaning request receives a detailed quote listing exactly which textiles and rooms are included. The price quoted is the price you pay; if you want to add something on the day, we discuss it with you first.

Where we work

Paris and the whole Île-de-France region, 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm, by appointment. For towns further from Paris, please book a few days ahead.

What our upholstery cleaning includes

For each textile, we vacuum thoroughly, pre-treat every stain according to its nature, then clean with hot-water extraction and rinse. Leather is cleaned gently and conditioned instead. Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, rugs and carpets can all be grouped in the same visit, with a single quote and fast drying, usually a few hours with the windows open.
